Ford aftersales feedback

Ford Global City.. minsan ok minsan super sablay.. depende talaga sa SA na matatapat sa inyo.

But the worst thing we experienced from them is that they charged us a set of spark plugs for our Ford Focus TDCi!

Got my Fiesta 1.6L Trend Hatch the 29th of December 2011 Ford Quezon Ave
After a Day a I noticed that my Tints were not installed clean,you can see dirt marks from the inside, the first time i saw it i thought i just need to wipe the windshield and windows to remove the marks, but it didn't remove it and also found a rusty muffler, muffler support and a rusty axle/shaft (i think)
So i immediately called my SA about it, Then after an Hour Someone from there DCRC Dept called me, asking about my Concern and apologized, they immediately set an appointment to change the tints and check the Rusty Parts..
For me its a Good after Sales Service

mga sirs, mga ford long time owners.ni have an everest 2014 model bought it less than a year. saan maganda talaga magpaservice sa manila? is it greenhills? manila bay? how come nobody mentioned otis branch? your replies will be muchnappreciated
