May 17th, 2018 11:22 AM #172Another stupid policy by Ford libis, they have a new policy that they will not release the unit that was repaired until the insurance has released the cheque.
I called ford phillipines, they are also useless.
Don't ever bring your car for service in ford libis. Lausgroup another policynto woo customers away.

If you look at it from the dealer's point of view ... it's your car that you brought in for repair / service ... so technically you are the one who's supposed to pay for the service ... sure you have insurance but it's not really the dealer's job to follow up with the insurance ... better to just get an insurance provider with good service next time ...
