November 21st, 2014 05:04 AM #1Hi Everyone,
First of, I have recently acquired a 2013 Ford Everest from a friend. That being said, the battery had to be replaced. However upon replacing the battery we noticed that the radio displayed a code requirement preventing us from opening it.
We have checked the code in the manual and I have already searched through the threads at least twice and have found no similar inquiries.
If anyone knows where we can locate the said code, please share it with me.
Thank you very much and God Bless everyone.

The code is written on a separate card issued together with the bunch of manuals during the acquisition from the casa. If you can't find it, check with the casa (where it was originally bought) if they happen to have a file. If no other choice, you have to decode it yourself starting from 1111 to 6666.
Once you got it right, write it down in the manual as everytime the battery or a terminal is removed, you will be have to enter that code again.Last edited by macsd; November 25th, 2014 at 09:52 PM.
