2012 Ranger (T6)
Some interior spy photos from "CarAdvice"

Gauge cluster similar to the Fiesta and new Focus...

A real handbake on the center console! Goodbye umbrella handbrake.

Some older spy photos of the exterior...

Technically the 2012 Ranger (code name T6) is a global model, but based on recent reports Ford might not launch this new Ranger in the US and Canada, instead they are considering a more fuel efficient versions of the larger F-series pickup.

PS: Notice the recent set of Ranger spy photos I posted all show a RHD model. North America is LHD.

Sounds like you're eyeing for a new ranger sir scharn..

Kidding

The front kinda looks like a Mazda BT-50 to me.. But it's good na mas matangkad na siya
+1 sir scharn on the mags!

Pag wage earner na ako! masaya ang go-anywhere na auto e

Yung first set of pics, ginamit raw yung body ng current ranger/BT-50 kaya magkamukha sila. hehe

The general layout of the interior still looks like that of the current generation Ranger (note the aircon knobs, placement of the A/C vents, and door handles that center console... etc etc.)

2011/2012 ranger be sitting on F-150 frame

Sources say the 2011 Ford F-100 will borrow a basic body-on-frame platform from the 2012 F-150, much as Nissan trims its full-size Titan architecture for the midsize Frontier. This approach saves money in upfront development and by allowing two ostensibly different trucks to be built in the same plant and with much of the same tooling.

The 2011 Ford F-100 is said to cast about the same-size shadow as 1997-2003 F-150s. That would make it slightly larger than the rival Frontier, Dodge Dakota, and Toyota’s top-selling Tacoma, but still visibly smaller than the next-gen 150. Cab styles should comprise Ford’s usual trio of regular, extended SuperCab and full-back-seat SuperCrew, each with rear doors of suitable size. Styling, like the rest of the package, will be “F-150 Lite,” perhaps with a sportier air in line with the F-100’s lower price points and younger target audience.
