Well Yakult is full of good bacteria naman so madadagdagan lang yung after best before date.

Saw 100% Pure Maple Syrup selling for Php50 and Php100 (two different brands) at S&R.
Alam ko na malapit na mag-expire pero bili pa din.

Sarap sa pancake hehehe

I'm watching this vlogger who is doing a clean up of his ref. I was appalled that he was throwing away food that were less than one month expired at it was refrigerated (pastries) I eat expired food because my Mom always lectures me about my expired chocolate and chips etc so I show her that I still eat it HAHAHA! Ang delikado yung canned and dairy but otherwise I am not too strict about dates

And because of that matibay sikmura ko LOL

bakit doc yung mga kumakain ng pagpag they don't get sick? I've been eating expired food since forever that's why I think my body is not sensitive to expired food. Basta wag lang dairy and canned.
