In less expensive ice cream you will find hydrogenated oils.

That same person pointed out that there is a new ingredient called nature identical. I looked it up and it supposedly has the identical molecular structure as the comparable flavor found in nature but synthesized.

I find the sweetness just right. I'm not really into the American-styles na super-sweet.
