I tried this kind of pancake in HK, the restaurant's name is Happy Pancake sa may causeway Bay parang ganun din siya and parang it's also from Japan, we waited around 1 hours before we got seated, and it will take around 20 minutes to bake it, kaya after you order, the waiter will ask you kung yan lang oorderin nyo, kasi you can't make a second order kasi medyo matagal gawin and the line outside is long, we love it lalo na mga kids and parang hindi ka na kakain ng iba pang pancake once you tried this one, super fluffy kasi.

Doc, the pancake is not flat like your typical pancake you see at pancake house or mcdo, it's around 5-6cm thick a piece and soft and fluffy.
