I answered OTHERS. Actually, I drink MOCHA. It's a combination of instant coffee, chocquik (belgian chocolate variant), coffee creamer, and splenda, in proportion of 1:1:1:1. Stir in hot water in a mug. This gets me on the go in the morning. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Any instant coffee will do, local or imported. At times, I substitute chocquik with milo or ovaltine. I use splenda to lessen the calorie load.
Bfast * 10am: 1 scoop of protein powder and 1 TBSP peanutbutter
Bfast * 12mn: 2 glasses of citrus-peach juice
coffee! i get to work early so i normally have breakfast here. since coffee is free, i take coffee in the morning, after lunch and in the late afternoon...

Noong bata-bata ako, paborito kong inumin coke at sprite kahit umaga...Pero ngayon, bawal na ang kape, tea, carbonated water, etc. etc. Tubig na lang daw sabi ni Doc.. kasi hyper acidic ako.

i drink coffee 3x a day....in the morning i love to put a spoonful of instant cereal sa kape ko...parang nesvita etc pero sa kape...para may fiber agad ako...then fruits na around my 7am...
