I used to drink hot chocolate. But since I switched my jogging to mornings before sun up or breakfast, it's back to tap water.
Water agad pagkagising before maligo..

Ako naman I drink freshly sqeezed dalandan juice and water.... refreshing kase yun sa umaga!
before i got pregnant, 2 cups of coffee w/ muscovado no creamer and 2 sticks yosi..
when i was still pregnant, may morning sickness ako all through out my pregnancy kaya hindi talaga pwede mag-coffee at tinigil ko na din totally ang yosi kasi bad for the baby.. nagswitch muna ako sa chocolate drink, milo or swiss miss..
and when i already gave birth, pwede na ulit mag-coffee limited to 1 cup na nga lang kasi masama ang too much caffeine sa baby.. I decided kasi na i-breastfeed si baby.. syempre with full support from hubby para mas healthy si baby.. :tounge2:
when i was single, mexican breakfast na coffee and cigarettes. now its coffee and cereal hahaha
