Queries about having your Drinking Water tested

A friend has asked about this and maybe I can get some inputs here.

Does anyone know where to bring Water Samples for Testing(Potability)?

I want to know how safe is our tap water and what level/element does it have (i.e. fluoride,chloride,etc.)..

Also,please include details of what is the standard way of collecting water samples, how much will it cost, and other pertinent details.

Lastly, where could be the nearest Test Lab in the vicinity of Parañaque City and Naic, Cavite..TIA
