1 can spam, chopped to cube size bits (hickory smoked, bacon, or original)
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
sliced spring onions
cheese (any kind)
bell peppers
black pepper, to taste
Tabasco, I like my eggs hot!

Make an omelet, eggs slightly runny (not burnt).

Eat with some toast and jam.

Heaven.

Yuk. I might fry a couple slices and put them in a sandwich (with lots of onions and lettuce). That's it. It's mainly the wife who eats them. My wife bought 12 cans early in the year. We still have 8 left.

I consider it survival food to be eaten only during emergencies.

One time nakaubos ako, bought it at 7-11 sa start ng shift ko, kinutsara ko lang and by end if my shift naubos ko sya. Those were the days that I don't watch what I eat. My favorite back then was the tocino spam. Pero ngayon iwas na red meat and processed food.

Ginagamit ko rin ang spam as meat for the kung pao pasta. Again this was then. Healthy eating na ko ngayon.

dapat naman talaga super nipis coz it's too salty even the less sodium ones. pag sinamahan mo ng kanin, kahit nipis the taste is no other. it's almost like cheap gourmet food


i wonder if the inventor, the Amsricans tried their spam with rice. fried rice is even better
