    One experience that I would like to share here.

    We arrived in Bon Chonn at about 12:30 noon earlier today and placed an order at about 12:41 (according sa receipt). Ang order lang naman naming is napaka simpleng isang Chop, dalawang fish fillet meal at isang fish and chips. The cashier told us mga 20 minutes… After 20 minutes wala pa rin ang order namin. That is so far reasonable kasi Friday, lunch time maraming tao.. Pero after a few more minutes yung mga nasa likod samin sa pila nag order, isa isa na nila nakuha ang order nila. Yung samin wala pa din.

    Finallow up namin sa kanila and sabi naman samin wait lang ng onti. After 5 more minutes wala pa rin and unti unti na nauubos ang tao. Nilapitan naming ulit sila para ifallow up ang order namin at walang pumapansin samin. Ilan beses namin ito finallow up. 1:15 na at unti unti na nauubos tao doon wala pa rin yung order namin. Tinatanung namin kung bakit ang tagal and NOBODY CARED TO EXPLAIN.

    Finally nakuha namin ang order namin mga 1:25 na. That is FORTY FIVE minutes for a very SIMPLE order of 4 dishes na TAKE OUT. And still, nobody cared to explain to us kung bakit ang tagal.

    Nakabalik rin kami ng office and binuksan ang mga pagkain namin. MALI ang nabigay na food sa isa samin. Imbis na fish and chips ay fish TACO meal ang binigay sa isa. Tinawagan namin sila para ipadala dito sa office namin ang tamang inorder namin na pagkain. nag intay pa kami ng additional 20 MINUTES para lang idala dito ang inorder namin at isosoli namin yung maling binigay. Eh ang Bon Chon sa ayala triangle ay 5 MINUTE WALK lang siya mula sa office namin.

    At di pa jan nagtatapos... Yung dinala sa amin na replacement fish and chips meal ay WALANG FRIES samantalang dapat may kasama siyang fries. WHAT THE HELL! Strike three and they are out!!!

    This is something na hindi namin papalusutin and I hope this experience gets read by a lot of people.

    para malaman nya na kung anong serbisyo meron sila......

    Yeah We made sure na alam ng manager ang na experience namin. Its really not something na papalusutin lang namin especially given their popularity dapat imaintain nila ang good service if they want to retain customers.

    hehe, Talagang nangyayari yung mga ganyan atleast once every month or so especially on busy hours kaya dapat highly trained talaga ang staff and kitchen crew to prevent this kind of incidents......malamang may hindi nakapansin sa order slip and then natabunan ng natabunan hanggang sa nakalimutan na....Talagang medyo unlucky lang kayo sir at natyempohan kayo....


    Pero sa totoo lang I never really like bonchon....mas nagustuhan ko yung chicken charlie.... not plugging or anything just basing it on what my tastebud tell me...hehe

    Pag ganyan katagal di ko na tinatanggap ang order.

    Dati sa pizza hut simpleng spaghetti lang umabot ng 30 mins. wala namang tao. Sabi sa akin hintay daw ng 15 minutes. Pagdating sabi ko di ko na kukunin kasi busog na ako. Pano daw yung order ko. Sabi ko kung dumating yan sa sinabi mong oras e di nakain ko yan. Babayaran ko.

    Umalis yung crew. Pumunta sa manager. Sinabi din ata na matagal nila naserve yung pagkain kaya nag apologize na lang yung manager sa akin.

    Yeah.. I agree this sort of stuff sometimes do happen..

    Although what I don't like is yung one-two-three combo nila samin... I would have forgiven number one.. (That about us taking 45 minutes to get our order). Yes, I will be a bit upset kasi ang tagal. But what I feel is that their second offence (giving us the WRONG order) really just makes my blood pressure go up.. Its as if binigyan nalang kami ng kahit anung order para umalis na kami. And the third offence (us asking for them to bring us the right order in our office and then kulang yung laman ng order)... That really just takes the cake..

    They should know that with just their first offence na medyo upset na kami, so what they should have done is make sure na tama naman yung order na binigay nila samin in the first place. So yeah.. we raised this concern sa upper management nila.

    TS: email the management nalang and tell them that you are not happy with the service. baka may gawin din sila to improve service. sh*t happens nga. malas lang na sunod sunod pa hehe
