People should be reminded that supplements are just supplements. Eating real fruits, vegetables, fish and other healthy food is still best.

Puro BS naman yang mga studies na yan. The results will always favor the agenda of the one who paid for the "research" kuno. Business yan, the result will always be what the guy who signs the check wants it to be.
parang "expert witness" sa court, his level of expetise will depend on the number of zeroes on the check.

The article was about the confirmation of the results of the study. Not the original study itself.

Hindi naman talaga recommended to eat canned goods kasi processed food pa rin yan.
My Uncle is in his 80s and still very healthy because he does not eat anything that's canned. He was the one who told me not to eat anything canned. I can't follow that though because I happen to love Spam and Corned beef
