egg yolks only and a can of condense milk, pag meron konti nasasama na egg white hayaan mo lang, secret technique to wag ipasa hehehe, beat the egg yolks muna slowly in one direction, use a wooden spoon or big plastic spoon with less concavity and convexity, yung tipong pang sandok ng kanin, yung condense milk must be room temperature lang, dahan dahan ibuhos yung condense milk sa eggyolk, kung lalagyan ng lemon rind ilagay na now, tapos konting halo lang dapat, fold in the mixture, evenly, pag pantay na yung kulay ok na yun.

tap the can of condense milk before pouring it in, and tap the egg yolk mix before pouring the milk, if you are having difficulty in tapping you can use a vibrator

vibrator or vibration, float the trapped air inside up so if there be any bubbles inside the bubbles will float up than pop it.

avoid too much stirring and too much movement, and that will create a creammy luscious leche flan

here's a very good tip and try to do it..

instead of ZESTING the dayap rind or calamnsi rind..REMEMBER balat lang ang ginagamit dito...di kasama juice..buo nyo ilagay yung balat sa mixture..THEN..haluin na parang nilalamas BY HAND yung mixture kasama balat ng dayap or calamnsi..until super creamy at mawala ang bula..THEN tsaka SALAIN sa KATSA or LAMPIN..

THATS THE SECRET for a perfect flan...di kayo magsisisi...

PS..for the excess egg whites..another useful and incredible tip...
u can use it to moisturize ur hair after shampooing...massage like a conditioner then rinse..egg whites make the hair strand shinier..stronger..

kung nagaalaga ka ng fortunr plants or any ornamental plants na may malalaking dahon..try o ipahid by a piece of cloth yung eggwhites sa dahon nya..magugulat ka sa effect at gaganda lalo halaman mo..

    thants it...hope this'll help

correct, scrambled eggs are good for the leftover egg whites, you can add :
    - ham and grated carrots
    - ma hu, chinese powdered pork
    - cheese, mushroom, onions

dahil egg white if you want it to make more appetizing you can either add 1 egg yolk or food color to make it yellow
