    hmm, i always had this impression that the "chemical" suka is a lot stronger. i guess pwede na rin yung cane vinegar? Ayoko ng flavored/spiced vinegar.

    In the meantime...baka i adobo ko na lang yung project ko mamaya

    Dapat 50:50 pork to garlic ratio and crunchy. Yung pwede na gawing pangsahog ang oil dahil garlic-flavored na. Saraaaaaap.

    mga mahilig sa kilaw, paki share naman po recipe ninyo
    ang ginagawa ng mga kasama ko dito (tiga Southern part sila ng Pinas) tuna at inihaw na liempo. pero nakita ko nilalagyan ng Ajinomoto kaya pala hindi ko makuha kuha timpla kapag gingawa ko sa bahay!
