According to Rappler.com, it's an issue with Jollibee's electronic inventory system. Teething issues are causing delays in ordering and restocking.

all under Jollibee Foods Corporation
Dito sa fast food row namin, which comprises of the 4 above, Jollibee serves only burgers, no pasta, no ice cream, chicken. Chow King is completely closed.
BK and CF are open. So is KFC down the road.
So hindi sila Chicken Joy ngayon .......... Chicken SAD.
JFC is a client.
They are not currently migrating their ERP to SAP.
So yung ordering and inventory system ng mga branches is also on SAP.
Medyo minamadali kasi nila so they were not able to do a phase-by-phase migration.
So naiwan yung two modules na ito.....
^^ alam ko supply chain distribution and not the supply of chicken itself.
When you spend a lot of money in updating inventory system, it's supposed to increase efficiency and not the other way around.
Heard they changed from Oracle to SAP. Supply chain and deliveries must have been affected.
fotah e SAP naman pala e! bwisit na SAP yan, pati dito sa work ko problema namin yan. i just don't know why this stuupeed program got to be so widely used when it is full of crap. not user friendly, very unforgiving and complicated. i would not be surprised if the IT team of jollibee is cursing this program (and the guy who pushed for it) all the way from heaven to hell. magaling lang sa marketting ang SAP pero sa customer support absolute nothingness ang makukuha mo dyan. ang matindi pa pag nagreport ka ng problem they will make changes na hindi ka i-inform, kaya yung alam mo kahapon pag pasok mo kinabukasan e di na ulit gagana. at papalitan lang nila yung problem na nireport mo with another one. i think this program was conceptualized by a hard core bureaucrat, talagang papahirapan ka just to make 1 single action e kadaming steps bago mo magawa.

sabi wala daw coke zero regular lang. sabi ko yoko regular. sabi ng manager wait lang bibili daw sa 7-11
may inutusan crew pumunta 7-11 bumili ng isang 1.5L coke zero
hahaha
Or is the real issue is being covered up. Tainted chicken from China?
