Help, how to prepare and cook/fry chicken para ang dating ay Jollibee or Kentucky?

Yong normal na babad sa toyo and vinegar or calamansi eh matigas.

    TIA

deep frier gamitin mo or malalim na lutuan...heat up the oil to certain temp...kapag medyo umuusok na sabay sabay mo ilubog yung kasyang breaded chicken...keep frying at high heat para sandali lang ang cooking time...if done right it will lock the juicyness of your fried chicken tapos crispy sa labas...

(nagutom tuloy ako...patikimin mo kami he he...)

Timplahan ang chicken with salt and vetsin then try boiling it in milk (wait until the milk is fully absorbed by the chicken) para mas maging masarap and juicy ang chicken.
Then use mc cormick chicken breading mix... dip mo muna yung raw chicken sa egg then i-roll mo sa breading then deep fry in low fire kasi pag malakas ang apoy masusunog ang labas ng chicken at hilaw pa yung loob. If the breading mix is not available you can use breadcrumbs.

    RedHorse,

    Give this a try...

    Ingredients:
7-8 PCs Chicken cuts ¾ cup flour 1 Tbsp salt 1 Tbsp black pepper, ground 5-6 cups of cooking oil
    Procedure:
Soak the chicken pieces in the milk, for a minimum of two hours.
In a deep saucepan, heat oil to a rolling boil.
Roll and coat chicken with the mixture of dry ingredients then,
Place chicken in a suspended wire mesh, and soak in the boiling oil. Fry for about 15 mins.
Place cooked chicken on paper towels to soak up excess oil.

if 1 whole chicken, my mom 1st do is to boil the chicken in a water with salt. para lumambot at maluto yung loob. then add any ingredient you like, then turbo-broiled it. di nga lang chicken-joy or KFC ang daling, pero sarap to the bones like MAX's.

7-up is also a good basic marinade.

importante yung deep-fry sa rolling boiling oil, and don't let the meat touch the bottom of the pan.

    yummy!

the best I tried eh iyong luto ng tiya ni misis. Boil mo muna sa salt n pepper [with onions/garlic] tapos mix flour with some of the broth. Roll mo doon ang manok then deep fry. The best ito...

Mix flour with some of the marinade, then deep fry [hindi boiled ito].
