I'm planning to put up another branch of Andoys Manok. For everyone's info, its a gourmet chicken store which offers roasted farm fresh chickens.
My dad's branch in marikina is earning good kasi and I plan to put up one myself for extra income. The problem is I don't have the time to scout for good locations. I'm looking for stalls inside or around a supermarket sana. Like that of Gloris, rustans, etc. Hope you guys could give some suggestions, preferably around QC or Pasig area sana.
I promise, kapag nag-click ang 2nd branch na ito, magpapamanok festival ako for the tsikot members!!!
wow manok festival...sponsored ni Djerms ang food sa next eb :D (j/k) ....may itatayong bagong Robinson's mall sa Cainta Junction pare...try mo sila kontakin (sorry di ko alam number nila he he)
may maluluwag na spaces for rent ang Rustan's Taytay...from Junction diretso lang...lagpas pa ito ng Mitsu plant, National Panasonic, Goodyear Servitek at Max's...pagdating mo sa fork take the left road....
goodluck dude ;)

Oic65,
Starting capital is around 100k. This includes the machine, freezer, stand, warmer, and signage. The operating expenses will depend on the salary of your "bantay" and the cost of rent. Oh, kasama na rin pala dito ang training and strategies on how to maximize profit.
The 100k could go down a bit kung makakakuha ka ng warmer and stand at a lower price. Contact me if you need more detailed explanation.
Chieffy,
Thanks for the advice.
For office people na wala nang time mag cook pagdating nila sa bahay, magandang idea na mag-take out ng litson manok or liempo para pag dating sa bahay, tsibog na agad. Maganda rin siguro kung may dine-in or take out ka ng meal sizes for lunch kasi kakasawa na pagkain sa mga restaurant dito + mahal pa.
Thanks for the compliments guys! anyways you may contact me through 0917-816-5087. Txt nyo muna ako and lets set an appointment with my dad. My dad knows the more technical stuff kasi when it comes to the operations of the business. Ako, starting pa lang din. Hanap pa rin ako pwesto. IMO this is a great business. Small lang ang investment, and kung maganda ang pwesto, ROI kaagad in 2-3 months.
Ownertype & Karding & Stuckinstock,
Taga-marikina po pala kayo. EB tayo minsan sa SMall..hehe
Pnay & TEAL,
The business will really depend on the location...always the location. If you have a good one, sure net income yan!
OiC,
Nope we do not sell the name of Andoys, therefore its not a franchising business. You may put a different name for your store. We just supply the machine, and the equipments that go with it. The price of the machine, the stand, and the warmer is fixed. You may canvass the prices of other equipments like the freezer, signage, etc. We only charge a very small amount for the training which is very essential for your "bantay". The supply of chickens will depend on your location but we can provide you with the marinate mix.
Guys,
Up ko lang po. I need good locations for this. Please recommend if you have one in mind. Sana ung mga supermarkets/grocery stores na maraming tao.
Shock,
Musta na? Nabenta mo na ba ung matrix? JIMNY ka na!!!
Anyways, ang hirap kasi sa malls, most of the people don't go there for the sole purpose of buying groceries. They also buy other stuffs in department stores, etc. In other words, they will think twice or even thrice on buying cooked food to eat at home (marami din kasi restaurants). I'm looking for a place na groceries lang talaga ang benta. Ung tipong pagkatapos ng pag grocery nila, they will buy roasted chickens from me and eat it at home. Another thing is...mahal ng rent sa malls...hehe
