My friend and I noticed that we never saw our colleague drink water. It's always juice or soda or energy drink And another colleague who drinks at least a can of coke a day.

It made me wonder if there are a lot of people who don't drink water daily? Because I used to drink just iced tea when I was in my teens. I started drinking water only after college (I lost so much weight just removing iced tea from my diet).

Now I drink water exclusively on weekdays (unless I am eating out). On weekends I drink my favorite Royal My minimum water intake daily is 2 litres. When I exercise, I drink up to 4 litres in a day.

I am pre-diabetic so I can't take sodas or gatorade. I am also a kidney stone former so no coffee, cola, chocolate, and most teas. So I take water almost exclusively. About 3 liters a day, more when I do sports. Buko water and sambong are alternatives when I want something else.

It's so hot. I'm on my 4th liter of water today I've been watching a lot of youtubers and noticed that some of them rarely drink water, it's always juice, but that's NOT healthy

Has anyone heard of the woman that died after drinking 2 litres of water in 20 mins? I'm thinking there is something else wrong with her because I could drink 1 litre straight after a 2 hr intense workout. I assume other people could drink the same amount and not die from it.

I always take sips of water almost every minute because it's so dry. I can get dehydrated just by sitting in the den with the air conditioning on. I don't keep track of how much water I drink. But, it probably exceeds the recommended 8 daily glasses.

I don't count anymore because basically that's the only liquid stuff that goes into my body

I rarely drink sugared and caffeinated drinks na so limited to water na lang ako

whether i am thirsty or not, i always drink at least 6 - 8 glasses or more of h20. drinking water is like internal bathing.
A cousin of mine in the US had succumbed to bad kidneys because he refrained from drinking water. Instead, he drank apple juice, carrot juice, lemon, etc until his kidneys collapsed. wala pang 40 yo.

If one can afford it, mas maganda kung ozonated water. The water ozonizer costs p6k sa lazada.

Parang coincidence ang thread ni ms. cathy. A week ago, i begun to use my 'aluminum pyramid' to make alkaline water.
Ok, I heard someone snicker. This is scientific. I have tested the water inside the P with a ph meter. It increased the ph to more than 7 from 6+ in 24-36 hours. The P is 3 sided instead of the usual 4-sided design. The reason for this is that the orientation of the P is not critical in relation to magnetic north. The 4sided does not work if misoriented by several degrees. The 3 sided works even if not precisely oriented (+ or - 5) deg north. I've done this experiment in 2002. The P is 15"/leg.

Another method is to use a 12v power supply. This method could be found in youtube. I use the P method because it does
not consume power. The third method is to buy alkaline water at water stations. Just be sure it is really alkaline. Ordinary filtered water is p1/l while alkaline water is 10X more.
