canned tuna - it's cheap and readily available.

since i'm a bachelor and no one cooks for me, eto lagi ulam ko with a few veggies.

I drain it then fry it in low heat olive oil with a LOT of ginger.
Sometimes, i buy ready to cook sisig and mix the tuna. parang tuna sisig na.

kayo what are your canned tuna recipes?

I agree, Century Tuna, Blue Bay..I can go on and on

Share ko lang experience ko last year when I had too much canned tuna - I got Hyperthyroidism . I used to eat a can of Tuna in brine for lunch and dinner for about a month or so with some Wheat Bread. Sometimes Tuna Omelet hehe.

My doctor said that canned tuna can quickly bring up your TSH levels real quick if taken in excessively.

gisado rin with lots of onion and garlic... tapos add mo fried diced potato and/or sweet green peas. ayos na ...pag me natira omelet naman.... :showoff:

I always eat canned tuna either in brine or spicy, straight from the can. Should I heat it pa? or is this safe enough? Thanks.

question: is it true one should not eat too much tuna because of the mercury poisoning?
