canned tuna - it's cheap and readily available.
since i'm a bachelor and no one cooks for me, eto lagi ulam ko with a few veggies.
I drain it then fry it in low heat olive oil with a LOT of ginger.
Sometimes, i buy ready to cook sisig and mix the tuna. parang tuna sisig na.
kayo what are your canned tuna recipes?
para makakuha ako ng idea at maiba naman.

I agree, Century Tuna, Blue Bay..I can go on and on
Share ko lang experience ko last year when I had too much canned tuna - I got Hyperthyroidism . I used to eat a can of Tuna in brine for lunch and dinner for about a month or so with some Wheat Bread. Sometimes Tuna Omelet hehe.
My doctor said that canned tuna can quickly bring up your TSH levels real quick if taken in excessively.

gisado rin with lots of onion and garlic... tapos add mo fried diced potato and/or sweet green peas. ayos na ...pag me natira omelet naman.... :showoff:
*negus: try mo rin saba pink salmon, may kamahalan lang kumpara sa ibang sardines...
pero sarap rin no preservative pa! ito kinakain ko ng di gisado. sawsaw lang sa patis kalamansi ayos na naman.Last edited by XTO; May 2nd, 2008 at 08:24 AM.

spicy tuna with lots of chop tomato. ang ginagawa ko dito, 6pcs tomato in one can spicy tuna, mix it then pakuluan hanggang sa lumambot ang tomato, i dont add water kasi my veggie oil naman. timplahan ng konting paminta, asin. ang tawag sa recipe na ito ay "tuna con tomato" pede din lagyan ng egg kung gusto nyo.

May 2nd, 2008 01:45 PM #10I always eat canned tuna either in brine or spicy, straight from the can. Should I heat it pa? or is this safe enough? Thanks.
Choice I would have made as well.
