but if i'm in the mood, i'd still go for paulaner or hoegaarden. madali lang bilhin sa neighborhood grocery namin kung sa bahay lang.

i asked my friend in smc about it, and according to her its just the same. though the handling and storage (i. e. long haul under the sun, extremely hot warehouse, etc.) affects the quality and consistency of beer.

Try nyo yung dark Tiger beer (ABV 6.9%), 39 pesos lang bili ko sa Puregold, 500ml can na yun.

^^^ Despite lacking a bit in flavour but Tiget Crystal Light is better than San Mig Light.
Maybe 2-3 years ago, Asia Brewery released two versions of Manila Beer and both of them tasted really good. Both were all-malt beers. Manila Beer Light (green label) tasted like SMB Premium. The red label was a bit stronger in ABV.
I couldn't find them anymore in the grocery.
