    ako ayaw ko, gatas (gusto ko kasi masarap at masustansya pero lbm ang abot ko kasi lactose intolerant ako)

    - buro (baho e)
    - talaba
    - isda na may sabaw
    - ayoko na nag karne lalo na yung hindi processed at kita talaga yung limbs na parang buhay pa.

    share ko lang: may napanood ako na documentary kung bakit ayaw ng tao na food ay karamihan daw mapait. kahit baby ayaw ng nutritious foods basta mapait. kasi most poisonous stuffs daw lasa is mapait or mapakla simula pa nung caveman days hanggang na-modify na ang dna to resist mapapait na lasa.

    talaba - protein + sodium (ito din pala hindi ako kumakain..nagpupururot ako)
    isda - ganun din kasi sea foods yan
    karne - nako...protina yan...para sa muscle building.

    With regards to milk intake, my solution ako diyan. Before I was lactose intolerant din. What I did was drinking milk in small amount. Halo mo everyday sa MILO mo. Try it 1 spoonful muna + Milo, then padagdag ng padagdag hanggang masanay stomach mo, then you can drink milk without Milo na.

    sir, karamihan talaga sa atin pinipili ang lasa kaysa sa nutritional value no. hehe.. pano kasi bat naman ganun di kasi masarap karamihan or di trip ng marami. BTW, i'll try that Milk technique you shared.BTW, Kumakaen ako karne kaso sobra sobra na at ayoko na. Risky pa sa heart desease. meat dealer kasi uncle ko kaya sawa sawa na. hehe

    i can eat almost anything but there is one thing that i totally abhor...



    achesa/tiessa, whatever. basta that horrible fruit above that's unbelievably yucky!

    lahat ng me suka na hilaw (sawsawan, kinilaw etc) – ayaw ko ng amoy ng suka! pero ngayon okay na rin ang sawsawan na me suka (but with toyo and sili) yun nga lang di masyadong lubog, ang asim eh.

    Sa mga lutuin lahat kinakain ko in moderation, also mga exotic food basta kilala ko nagluto or basta mabango pagka gawa like salagubang, palaka, dagang bukid, bayawak, baboy ramo etc. lahat ng gulay kinakain ko and pref half cooked lang. Mas ayaw ko pa mga sarsa lalo’t pork at chicken or anything na mataba…. Tip: andun kasi lahat ng cholesterol at fat.

    Sa meat, doggie meat ayaw ko the most. dog lover ako eh.

    nga pala, kung gusto ma try kung doggie meat – paamoy nyo lang sa doggie n’yo. Pag umiling at medyo lumabas ang pangil sure ball kabaro nila yun. Garantisado yan… even mga K9 paamuyin nyo ng dog meat, mawawala ang pinag-aralan sa academy nila. ng sandali pero bakas sa mukha ang takot

    me, when it comes to fruit(s): i hate durian! chesa, YUCKIE sobra! i don't know how my mom can even bear to eat and say to me that its 'quite good'.

    i love vegies, ampalaya and whatnot...except, saluyot.

    no offense to those who likes dinuguan but, just don't have the stomach(vampire's blood goo)

    i hate fatty foods(pork fats/chicken fats), dog/cat/lizard/snake/ meat...i love my dog so i'm difinitely not going to eat any of her kind.

    buro, dogs, atay...

    used to hate ampalaya and okra. but since the results of my blood work from the lab came out, medyo nagbabago na eating habits ko.. double kasi from the normal range ang bad cholesterol ko sa body. so no more fried foods, eggs and pork. medyo moderate muna.
