Can I give a little twist to your question Cathy? This really happened to me. I have a good friend & we were part of a large group of girls & boys (barkada). One of the guys there had a GF who told him she found me very guapo. I did not pay much attention to her or the comment though, cause we were of the same group. Unfortunately (for him), they broke up. Soon after, she started sending feelers to me but not blatantly obvious signals, just sort of opening the door for me to make my entry. I did not pay attention to it cause it will be BIG trouble for the group. I don’t think any girl is worth that, although nowadays, I still ask myself “what if?”, haha.

my niece cursed me when i made the same comment before, hahaha! Maricar is her close friend. IIRC, they’re classmates from preschool to HS and went on the same university.

Totally can relate to this topic... In our HS barkada back then 3 of us guys liked the same girl... 2 of my barkadas ended up being a couple with her but of course it was on different intervals. Ang cardinal rule lang namin is that kung sino unang mag declare ng feelings sa girl eh siya ang may first dibs manligaw sa girl at respeto nalang sa ibang guys.
