doc, yung ex ko of 5 yrs. He is late 40s na pero flat na flat ang tummy BUT BUT BUT he eats very few carbs and has been fasting (IF) for years. He only eats once a day. He also exercises 6 times a week since his 20s. He NEVER broke that routine. It's so much effort but he has always been so conscious of his body naman

Ang iniisip ko yung walang effort - not dieting or exercising pero flat tummy, parang yung pinsan ni sirkosero. Some people are so blessed hehe
