just this morning, i was supposed to fire an employee due to performance issues. but i realized na pamilyadong tao ito and willing naman matuto and may humility.... i gave him a second chance and put him under our Performance Improvement Program (PIP). Pag dun bumagsak pa sya, siguro hindi ko na problema yun.

best part is when you fall down, you should always get up and never commit the same mistake again.
and siguro kung walang second chances, hiwalay na kami ng asawa ko ngayon and hindi na ako nakabagon sa mga financial difficulties ko before....
