Loan pa yung lot na nakuha ko sa San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on my late 20s maliit lang nasa 288sqm.. That time SM San Jose Del Monte is just a rumor and yung MRT project parang suntok sa buwan na magkatotoo.. IT companies near that location..
Aba.. Nagulat ako.. Wala pang 5 years nagawa na yung SM San Jose Del Monte..

Malaki na yan for me, ours is just half of that, so halos bahay lahat, 30% lang naiwan na easement on the front and left, naka firewall ako sa other 2 sides.

Hahaha

At least you have a plan and walk the talk. You will go places and achieve many good things. Others just whine all day all year.

I see it as a need na, kung di pala ako naka-loan last year eh di nahirapan ako ngayong lockdown.. He is a good provider at gina-guide Nya talaga ako..

Maybe I'm the answer to their prayers.. Through me God is giving them what they deserve in life.. I"m just an instrument, beneficiary ng good deeds nila [emoji4]..
That's why I love Tsikot's community maraming realization at madami ako natutunan..

Loans aren't automatically bad. In fact I think you loaned very wisely - look at the land you bought in Bulacan, for sure the value appreciation is much higher than your loan interest rate.

And you are indeed a blessing to your parents. One of the biggest joys in life is not having to rely on your parents financially. You've even taken it a step further by being the one to provide for your parents. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

Loans indicate you are creditworthy. It also means you have the wherewithal to pay them.

Lenders hardly extend credit to someone whose history shows late payments, missed payments, and financial irresponsibility.

Not only we learn things from our experiences, but we also learn from the mistakes and successes of others.

It’s great to know you have your goals to achieve. Write them down. Read them every day to remind you where you are going. And work real hard.

Working hard is the thing that bridges your dreams from your reality.

I’m sure your story INSPIRES people.

And I’m sure your parents are very proud of you.

25, was single then, house and lot para sa parents ko, thru pagibig loan.

Got married two years later, nag-rent muna

Then a year ago, was 35, with a bit of savings and plenty of courage we finally bought our own place via bank loan.

Agree to the above posts. You are a blessing to your parents and not a parasite. You lift them up on your own shoulders rather than drag them down at their senior age.

So many people like that still in this modern age. Cringe worthy. Talk about users and uselessness, helplessness. Waiting for money always and helpless and whiney when it isnt there. Absolutely wont be able to survive on their own.

In a few years your car loan will be done and you can plan your (option 1) next investment or (option 2l accelerate the payments on your property. I would do option 2 if its feasible as clearing out your loan is the biggest step you can make in that time period. Frees you up for bigger things down the road. Good luck ! Even lessening the remaining balance or period to pay will mean much earlier financial headroom.

Nakakainspire si miss. Ako patapos na rin yung car loan next year. Sakto sa birthday ni misis yung last day of payment. Kulang pa kahit pang-20% down yung ipon. Konting tiis-tiis pa.

Opo, fulfilling po talaga kapag na-achieve ang goals with hard work..

Thank you Sir.. We can still start anytime..

ok BTT na.. masyado na ata nag focus sakin.. Hehehe [emoji28] but I truly appreciate Tsikot"s community.. Parang nagkaroon ako ng extended family.. siblings.. and extra support system.. parang feeling ko may extra push to guide me sa pag achieve ng goals ko.. Thank you mga Sir/Ma'am.. [emoji7]
