Me and my wife own our house and lot at the age of 29 years old. Sariling sikap, and we'll be finished paying it up after approx 8.5 years. Both of us were not born from affluent families but we live comfortable lives.

i suffered with this kind of situation. we used to live with my parents. sa apartment nila, extension ng bahay nila. pero mahirap makisama, we are not in good terms, pinapakialaman kami ni smi parati ng parents ko. there were times na para akong naiipit sa 2 nag-uumpogang bato. kaya we decided to move out and rent an apartment. now, we're just planning to buy our own house and lot, target ko sana, within 5 years.

target ko din witihin 5 years...we were supposed to get H&L this year or next year through a housing loan, but after some computations, mas malaki pa babayaran namin in monthly interest kesa sa upa namin ngayon, so we decided to continue renting for now and save the supposed difference between the monthly amortization and rent. so after 5 years, if we still cant afford buying cash then maliit na lang ang loan...hirap talaga ng galing sa mahirap na pamilya

*28 ko natapos hulugan yung lote for 1 year
(*29 yung first brand new car)
*30 natapos yung first floor ng bahay
*32 natapos yung 2nd floor and attic.
*38 natapos kong hulugan dalawa pang lote. mukhang mahirap na ko nang mapatayuan ng bahay mga to, magka-college na mga bata.

lahat sa sarilig hirap at kayod; sobrang saya naman pag nakikita mo pinaghirapan mo. Di rin akong makapaniwala kaya ko pala magkaroon ng sariling bahay!

I was 25 when I got my first lot, 350sq.m. Then 27 when my house was finished. Got my 2nd lot last year from NHA subd, 2 yun pero sa ate ko nakapangalan yung isa para makuha ko lang.
