Meron pong market for possible na magri-rent.. pero idea palang po yun.. ayaw ko din po sobrang laki na bahay ang hirap ng maintenance.. sarap mangarap [emoji16] buti na lang libre.. Hahaha

Loans aren't automatically bad. In fact I think you loaned very wisely - look at the land you bought in Bulacan, for sure the value appreciation is much higher than your loan interest rate.

And you are indeed a blessing to your parents. One of the biggest joys in life is not having to rely on your parents financially. You've even taken it a step further by being the one to provide for your parents. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

Loans indicate you are creditworthy. It also means you have the wherewithal to pay them.

Lenders hardly extend credit to someone whose history shows late payments, missed payments, and financial irresponsibility.

Not only we learn things from our experiences, but we also learn from the mistakes and successes of others.

It’s great to know you have your goals to achieve. Write them down. Read them every day to remind you where you are going. And work real hard.

Working hard is the thing that bridges your dreams from your reality.

I’m sure your story INSPIRES people.

And I’m sure your parents are very proud of you.

Agree to the above posts. You are a blessing to your parents and not a parasite. You lift them up on your own shoulders rather than drag them down at their senior age.

So many people like that still in this modern age. Cringe worthy. Talk about users and uselessness, helplessness. Waiting for money always and helpless and whiney when it isnt there. Absolutely wont be able to survive on their own.

In a few years your car loan will be done and you can plan your (option 1) next investment or (option 2l accelerate the payments on your property. I would do option 2 if its feasible as clearing out your loan is the biggest step you can make in that time period. Frees you up for bigger things down the road. Good luck ! Even lessening the remaining balance or period to pay will mean much earlier financial headroom.

Nakakainspire si miss. Ako patapos na rin yung car loan next year. Sakto sa birthday ni misis yung last day of payment. Pinag-iipunan ko na rin yung pangdown naman para sa H&L. Nag-iikot ikot na rin kami around Pasig ng mga nagbebenta. Puro 3M pataas ang bentahan. Kulang pa kahit pang-20% down yung ipon. Konting tiis-tiis pa.

Opo, fulfilling po talaga kapag na-achieve ang goals with hard work.. Nagsi-celebrate din ako sa success ng iba dahil alam ko hindi biro ang effort na ginugol para ma-achieve yung goal..

Thank you Sir.. Buti na lang sa life kanya-kanya tayong timeline sa pag achieve ng dreams.. If minsan hindi nagtugma ang plan sa reality.. We can still start anytime..

Parang nagkaroon ako ng extended family.. siblings.. and extra support system.. parang feeling ko may extra push to guide me sa pag achieve ng goals ko.. Thank you mga Sir/Ma'am.. [emoji7]
