It is a mental state. Dalawa lang yan, physical or mental (included dyan psychological). Yung example mo, yan ang maling dahilan. Hindi mo naiiintindihan ang ibig sabihin ng psychological incapacity. If I were you, research ka ng cases regarding psychological incapacity nang malaman mo totoong ibig sabihin niya.

Kahit hindi sickness but it is a problem/issue which must be addressed first before marrying again. Again magiging palusot lang kasi ganyang reasoning to get a declaration of nullity of marriage as correctly pointed out by Atty. JM. Just to be clear, the TS is asking about annulment of the marriage under the church.

His GF is already annulled under the civil law. They can get married before judge or a mayor or another authorized person of another religion.

But he wants to get married sa RC church which is not possible if his GF's marriage is not annulled by the Catholic church.

So thread is about marriage annulment under the Catholic Church.
