As per advise ng mga friends nag break in kami last weekend sa TPLex...up to 120kph kami. Ok lang ba yun? Tama lang ba yung ginawa namin?
Personally, for new cars I drive slow with light load... (RPM is never over 3K). After the 1K check, I'm confident to load the car, but still driving carefully until 5K
I drive the usual way after...
Wala naman mawawala, some will have their own way of breaking in a new car/rebuilt engine...
Way back mid-80's... We drove carefully with minimal load without A/C!
*light/minimal load - max 3 passengers*

I am to get my new car next week. May break in ba for cvt trans? Sorry noob po with cars
Car manuals these days usually have a section on how to handle the vehicle for the first thousand kilometers or so. Just follow the instructions and you should be fine.
