Talk to the head mechanic of the surplus shop, sabihin mo "bigyan mo ako ng sariwa ako na bahala sa iyo."
Or if you are permited or masimplihan mo remove glow plug ng cylinder #4. Then biglang kabitan mo ng compression tester. Sabay start mo na. Never start before mo makabit ang gauge.

almost the same naman ang pag check sa diesel and gas engine. it should start easily (one click) after the heater lamp goes out. warm up the engine. wait until it reaches operating temp. maki pag kuwentuhan ka muna sa seller or inspect mo other part/interior ng vehicle wait waiting. open oil filler cap and or pull out dip stick. see if any puffs of smoke comes out from it. kung kaunti lang puede pa yan. worse pag oil na lumalabas sa dipstick or sa filler cap blowby na yun. pero minsan talansik lang yun from the tappets. check for oil leaks. normally pag sa harap mga seals ng pulley yun. if pawis lang ok pa yun. check mo hose going to the alternator .

hmmm parang mahirap yung compression test a and wala akong gamit.
afrasay,

usually pag maganda pa makina may spots of water na lalabas sa muffler pag bagong andar. tama ka, yun radiator check mo rin. water should be just flowing and not producing bubbles. take it for a spin. tignan mo yun hatak ng engine. then when you park it open mo yun hood and check inside the bay.

hmm i see. parang wala namang pressure. kaso nalusaw talaga palm ko eh. although baka nga normal pag di pa mainit. kaso may fluid container na walang takip. tapos yung ibang wiring naka electric tape. so turn off ako. tapos interior laspag. anyway, tingin pa ng iba. thanks
Just a moment... just checked my vin. mine not affected. i read somewhere 2018-2019...
