My grandfather died 5 years ago and he left a kia picanto in his garage. I tried to start it kanina however it only cranks. I already filled it with fresh gasoline 4 liters but it still would not start. Engine oil is fine. Fuel line is fine no leaks. This was in good running condition before he left the mortal world.

    Any troubleshooting tips?

Have not checked it pa. Unahin ko siguro fuel line baka barado. Saan ba makabili ng spray yung nilalagay sa intake manifold if it starts? Ano tawag nun?

Even if it cranks, ok pa ba battery? 5 years of no charging yan.

Did you drain the old fuel? They do have an expiration date kahit nasa tangke lang.

Drain the tank, put fresh fuel, replace the fuel filter and try it again.

Hindi ba delikado paandarin dahil wala nang langis sa engine parts? I assume all the engine oil has dripped down and the cylinders are all dry.

lahat nman ganyan. oil pump is driven by chain/belt. a few days lng oil goes down but of course a liter or so remains in some galleries.

as he mentioned, nag crank na.. oil already circulated..
