January 8th, 2003 11:09 AM #12sana pati mga malalaking company like yung mga nasa industrial park ay mag-require din sa mga employee na may auto. it will be a pain at start but if consistent ang implementation it will greatly help the country. we need to realize the ill effects of CO and HC to a nation with 80 million citizens. malaki gastos ng bansa sa health related to respiratory problems.
though June pa rehistro ng auto ko ay paghahandaan ko na yan para pumasa and never na maglalagay ako.

before VET, i have my oil change and tune up. i run the car at high RPMs to push the carbon out of the system and i don't put the car on idle while waiting for the test (pila kasi eh), i turn off the engine while waiting. it's still not a sure way to pass if your engine had not been taken good care of though.
if you fail the VET ... bayaran na yan. tignan niyo, madami pa rin smoke belchers even after all this hoopla about VET as part of the registration process.
Kwento ng katrabaho ko, meron daw sya officemate dati na Italiano na tinanong daw bakit...
