Unusual sound during cold start

Mga Sirs,
Ask ko lang input nyo. Ride is CRV 03 a/t. During cold start (morning) may unusual sound pag start/crank ng engine. High pitch na metallic ang tunog. Once naka start na, wala na yung sound. During cold start lang. Sa maghapon pag start ng engine wala naman.

Nag palit ng drive belt, ganun pa rin. Yung tensioner at alternator bearing last na palit at 3 years ago. Any input mga sirs.

I want to seek help about our current problem:

"Mommy Cat and Kittens Treating Our Engine Bay Like An Apartment Unit"

We haven't used our car (Vios 2008 model) in about two months. When I checked, I found out that a mommy cat and her kittens are staying in our engine bay rent-free!

That's fine until I smelled something funny and discovered that there's cat poop everywhere.

I'm obviously a novice when it comes to cars and maintenance, so here are my dummy questions...
1) The engine smells like burning clutch whenever I let it run idly for at least a minute. What could be causing this stench? Is it the cat poop being "cooked" by the engine's heat?
2) Do Toyota service centers offer anything to clean up cat and rat poop scattered all over the engine bay? Is it called "engine wash", or is it something else entirely?
3) How much should I expect to shell out for the clean-up?
4) What other check-ups should I request for to detect possible damages caused by these "pets"?

Salamat sa input mga Sirs. Need ko input nyo ulit. Sabi nila mahirap i-access ang starter ng gen2 CRV marami daw tatanggalin bago yung starter.

Un sa 2 kong de carburador na sasakyan ganyan din sir kapag cold start my parang metallic sound, pero pag nakastart na nawawala. Pansin ko ito lagi kapag kailangan ko iflloor ang gas para hindi mamatay ang makina. Once at saglit lang un sound. Ilan taon na ganito un 2 sasakyan wala naman nagiging problema.
