Style ko kasi is rotating sticking to 4 different branches to avoid this... kaso malas ko lang last week after opening the carb nung magloko yung Mazda ito ang nakita sa loob

I normally gas up sa isang gas station lang. etong malapit samin.

so kung magkaproblema man madali ko mapipin point, the station where i don't normally gas up agad ang suspect.

    1. Stick to reputable gas stations.
    3. However, do not refuel when you see the tanker at the gas station. Why? When the underground tank has just been refilled, the sediments below are stirred because of the current created by the hose filling the tank making the chance of the said sediments to reach your car's fuel tank.
    4. Do not refuel in gas stations that are prone to flooding as flood water can seep in the underground tanks.

Madalas kasi sir umikot ako between Lipa City, Alabang, Las Pinas, and Makati area. I just choose stations na malapit kung halos 1/4 na laman ng tank pero specific na yung 4.... Kapag tsumamba nga lang talaga oo

a couple of decades back, gas pumps had a glass bowl or sight glass on the side of the pump cabinet that make you see the fuel going through the pump to your car. now, it is a hit or miss specially if the gas station's underground tanks are still those made of steel and is corroded. the standard in the u.s. as required by the environmental protection agency is that the tanks be made of composite material that would resist developing cracks when there is an earthquake and that they do not corrode allowing contaminants from getting into the fuel likewise the fuel seeping into the ground

You have no way of knowing really. Not unless you get an open pail and have the gas boy fill it up and visually check for impurities. That is if kung papayag yung gas boy. I gas up at the newest station that I can find. That, or I just revert to my suking gas station and have a full tank before I go anywhere.

I follow all of these as well (except for num 3 which I was not aware of). I only gas up at 3 stations.

I have the impression that gas stations with mostly public vehicles as customers might not be as diligent or conscientious than those that serve mostly private vehicles.

Kahit nga mag offer sila ng promo na same price ang Nitro+ sa Fuelsave dun pa rin ako stick sa Fuelsave unleaded... gonna take into consideration muna na iwasan kung sino pinaka luma sa branch nila...

I think nasa management yan, wala sa brand.

    5. i always refuel in the morning. i read it somewhere that you get more fuel than having it during daytime and evening. as the article explained, cooler temp during the night time makes the fuel denser. pag mainit na daw ang panahon, fuel tends to produce vapor and therefore, the fuel you got when you refuel is mixed with this said vapor. may hangin daw. dont know really if this is really true. wala namang mawawala sa akin kung maniwala ako. i just did it.

AFAIK, kaya mas magandang mag pakarga sa umaga kasi kung malamig ang fuel, expanded pa ito, meaning mas konte ang makakarga sa fuel tank puno na agad so less ang babayaran mo in terms of liters (correct me if I'm wrong). Kung mainit na ang panahon, nag-eevaporate na ito while filling up, meaning as
fuel comes out from the nozzle, ung nag-evaporate dumaan na sa meter so babayaran mo yun.
