February 19th, 2012 05:12 PM #2Pa check mo sa reputable shop or mechanic, possible problems:
1. defective thermoswitch, this device tells your fan when to start
2. wrong thermostat, baka masyadong mataas ang setting
3. the fan itself might be malfunctioning

Yung fan kahit tumatakbo, if its not moving enough air (e.g. luma na motor), over heat pa din
Other things to consider:
1. Dumi sa loob ng radiator. Have it opened (babaklasin) and cleaned by rodding (tutusukin ng bakal yung passages).
2. Dirty water pump which is slowing the circulation speed of the water.
It's still the best to have a thermostat, thermo switch operated fan (mura lang thermoswitch), and a good working cooling system. Just invest a little in finding the problem and your car will give you years of service and good fuel economy.
