    meron ako alam KUBOTA ang tatak mura lang at regular lang ang kinkain na gasolina , ginagamit ito ng mga kuliglig at super tibay at super tipid pa sa konsumo

    Kung timing madali lang ang timing niyan. 3 points lang ang titignan.

    1, May timing mark sa overhead cam shaft nasa may likuran.
    2. May timing mark sa crank shaft pulley sa may unahan ng makina.
    3. May timing mark sa injection pump, kailangan mo lang ng allen wrench para maluwagan yung timing belt tensioner.

    Tanggalin mo yung cylinder cover tapos tignan mo yung overhead cam shaft sa bandang likod sa dulo may latch yun dapat yung latch flat and parallel sa cylinder head. Tanggalin mo yung Timing Belt cover at tignan mo kung nakaturo yung arrow sa timing mark ng injection pump. Tapos silipin mo yung crank shaft pulley dapat nakaturo din yung arrow sa timing mark.

    Pero kung may bali na turnilyo malamang baka pilipit na yung overhead cam shaft kasi di na nakalapat yan, pagsipa ng piston valve puedeng mapuwersa ang shaft.

    hehehehe ito lang kasi ang makina na kaya kong kalasin at buuin. Dito ako nagpractice magmekaniko

    one of the best isuzu engines, very durable. downside is, sobrang ingay. another thing, its over the budget. its around 40-50T in surplus shops. but if you choose one, its nice to couple it with 18R toyota tranny and diff. matulin. we had one before.

    C240 nakakabit sa assembled jeep wrangler namin dati. malakas humatak kahit mayrong aircon and power steering installed. fuel efficient too. if gusto mo medyo bago but still reliable, 4ja1..

    Guys buhayin ko lang tong thread na to ha...

    Meron din kasi kami wrangler type na jeep, engine installed is Isuzu 4BA1, anlaki! at overpowered kaya nanginginig kapag nasa 4th-5th gear na. At sobrang ingay.

    Here's what I'm thinking (sorry mods medyo OT na yung iba).

    1. Balak ko sana palitan ng mas maliit na diesel engine kaso wala ako masyadong kamuwang muwang lalo na sa diesel engines, hehe. Meron ba kayong masusugest na mura na diesel engine preferrebly Isuzu parin or Mitsu/Toyota? Say 10k-20k price?

    2. Retain ko yung 4BA1, pero paano ko masusulusyunan yung panginginig ng sasakyan when I go faster? Also, meron ba way para manlang mabawasan yung ingay nya? Para kasing mas masingay pa sa dump truck, .

    3. What size of mags can i use, di ko kasi alam kasi naka tansan rims pa yung wrangler namin at yung gulong, gulong ng pampasaherong jeep gamit. hehe. How much kaya 2nd hand mags?

    4. Balak ko din palitan ng disc brake yung sa harap, palit hydrovac narin, masyado na kasi matigas yung preno. Pati coilsprings at bagong shock absorber balak ko din palitan. Magkano kaya magagastos ko for a 2nd hand?

    Hope meron makag-input para naman maging smooth na ulit takbo ng sasakyan namin. Salamat.

    kung hinde ako nagkakamali, yung panginginig ay hinde dahil sa malaking makina. siguro sa suspension or steering yan. pa-check mo. wheel balancing, wheel alignment etc. kung assembled yan, malamang yan ang problema niyan.

    Thanks for the reply bro. Are you sure sa suspension lang or steering problema nito bro? Lakas kasi ng nginig twing nasa 4th-5th gear na, yung parang inuuga yung buong sasakyan. Naicip ko rin baka sa tranny, pero sige packeck ko narin suspension at steering nya. Thanks!

    I think the problem is your transmission...baka hindi ito match sa Isuzu 4BA1. Another problem is oversized ang makina mo, for an owner type jeep usually nga C190 or C240 ang alam kong makina nito, sana nakatulong...good luck.
