nagpakabit ako dati ng CAI naman, hindi randam yung increase sa HP. fuel consumption same pa din. para mas maging fuel efficient car mo mas ok daw magpakabit ng chip like unichip kaso mahal around 30k sa speedlab.

parang wala naman, mentally lang na ramdam mo na mas nakakahinga yung makina....anyways...i would advice you that its better to install a cai(cold air intake) rather than a sri. try to inquire at speedlab, they are already selling a (i think) nicely fabricated(ata) cai with knn air cone filters worth 11k. pricey! hehehe
    goodluck

la ata simota na cai. anyways, why not fabricate it yourself? diy style. hehe simota sri plus pvc pipe and bypass valve = cai; im going to try it soon pag nagka time. anyways i would prefer knn filters than simota because of its better filtering abilities. sulit nman ang gastos... ipon ipon lang. good day

    I have a K&N filter on my 1zz-fe Altis.

    Before:

    After:

Off-roader na altis kaya madumi engine bay

Done * speedlab at a price of 7.5k (december 2007).

Yes Ramdam ang gain sa HP * higher RPM and sounds much better.

FC? a little bit siguro. Balasubas ako mag-drive kaya hindi ko alam.

okay lang ang short ram air intake . If you could get an AEM DRY FLOW air fiter it has a good filtration than the simota . Regard to fuel consumption it really depend on your driving habit. Also do a weight reduction on your car removed all the things that you dont need in the trunk compartment. In performace a liitle better have a header and exhaust to gain more HP.

short ram intake for altis 1.6 at
