    Follow-up to Sir Kelso Hatch post. API CI-4 pala ang SeaOil DEO TURBO MAX At SAE 15W-40. Mineral oil ba ito? How much? Hmmm...mukhang maganda ito.

    Ito pa specs niya: Ok ding pang gas since API SL (highest API rating for gas oils).

    Exceeds: API: CI-4/CH-4/CG-4/SL; ACEA A3/B4/E3/E5; VOLVO VDS-3; MB P 228.3; MACK E0-M PLUS; GLOBAL DHD-1; MANM3275; CUMMINS 20071/2/6/78

    Note: API CI-4 is the current highest rating for diesel engine oils. It was introduced in Sept 5, 2002. Designed for high speed, four stroke engies designed to meet 2004 emissions standards implemented in 2002. CI-4 oils are formulated to sustain engine durability where exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and is intended for use with diesel fuels ranging in sulfur content up to 0.5% weight. Can be used in place of CD, CE, CF-4, CG-4 and CH-4 oils.

    Alam kong ibang CI-4 oils dito ay Delo 400 and Mobil Delvac 1.

    The price is about 115 pesos per liter. I guess this oil together with Delo 400 and Delvac 1 are the highest spec diesel oils in the Phil. Market.

    Meron pa pong Delo 400 sabi ni Sir Chieffy pero in 20 liter pails and Drums.
