Honda Car does not make their own timing belt nor its tensioner bearing. They let other manufactures do their parts with their specs.

Try other brands, such as Gates, Bando, Sun for timing belts and Koyo, NTN, NSK, GMB for its tensioner. In my experience as a mechanic, i have never seen a mechanical damaged when a timing belt breaks in a honda VTEC engine. You can also use lesser known brands but please to derate them (i.e. instead of 100K kilometers, replace them 80K)

For the belt, I use GATES. Not sure about the tensioner but stick with known brands like NSK, etc. These brands also manufacture parts for heavy equipment subjected to more stress than you Honda will ever go through in its lifetime.
