to make sure, drain the fuel filter as well.

I believe naman that the diesel engine can withstand a few gasoline mix. but it's a risk that you cannot afford kahit mighty old school Isuzu pa yan.

Its a GASOLINE ENGINE mixed w/ DIESEL FUEL not the other way around.

I don't think so v6. except for 4JG and you, we are talking about diesel engines with gasoline mix.

This happens to me from time to time and i just top it up with the right
fuel, mabuti naman walang problema. But this is personal preference.

It will always be better to err in the side of prudence if it will be with you guys.

I even did it on purpose a couple of times just because.

    That's just me.

it depends on the Diesel - Petrol mix ratio and the type of Diesel Engine...
if the ratio is 40 - 1 liters then it would be fine but you need to consider the engine type.. modern diesel engines may suffer from this mistake.. old school diesels may not be affected by the mix

but better safe than sorry.. if that happens have your fuel tank drained and replaced with the right type of fuel

nalito rin ako eh. ano ba talaga?... diesel na nahaluan ng gas or gas na nahaluan ng diesel? mas delikado ang diesel fed mixed with gas unlike the other way around.

sa question ng TS: Diesel fed mixed with gas: drain agad and much better kung di pa nai-start para drain fuel tank lang kuha na agad at para sure ball damay na ang filter.

it's either way parehong problema yan. for your info, ang gas hindi nasusunog sa diesel engine.
