Oil seal or gasket?

question lang po...

base dito sa 2 pictures..ano masasabi niyo yung culprit? gasket or oil seal?

if gasket - gasket ng ano? and if oil seal - oil seal ng ano?

what has been done lately to your car's engine and trace back as to what additives if any or what had damage had been done by the last "mechanic". the best suggestion i can give you is to wash the affected area and add a flourescent dye to the engine oil. then run the engine while obseving with a "black light" similar to the ones used in clubs to show which girls have false teeth or false plastic eyes. the oil leaking from the source will then tell you the truth where the leak is coming from. most shops in manila still don't have this inexpensive capability, but try to find one. this no guesswork. "it only leaks when there is still fluid in it"
