Mods to a diesel engine? : )

referring to the photo above, can we use our spare lpg tank which is suppose to be for cooking and its spare hose? so we only need to look for is the pressure regulator and the sol. valve

again for non turbo diesel engine where exactly in intake suppose to connect the other end of this mod/kit (just so curious)

will you explain in simple terms how exactly this mod works?
