The new GD engines on the Innova and Fortuner take 5W-30 as the recommended oil as per the manual. Toyota however will still put 15W-50 if you choose their mineral stock. I may go for 10W-40 semi synthetic on my Hilux later on; I can't justify the cost of a good FS 5W-30 since i prefer to change oil every 5,000kms (at roughly 8L of oil per change).
