HELP naman po.... Engine problem-Corolla

Patulong naman po identify problem ng makina ko and kung pano ma reresolve.

Tsikot ko po is XE (95 model)

1. Lumalabas po ung langis sa breather nya, kaya laging madungis ung ibabaw ng engine. Pero d naman po matakaw sa langis. Pinacheck ko na po sya, pinalitan piston rings at sabi ay ok pa naman. After maoverhaul, ilang days lang bumalik sakit nya.

2. hindi po stable ng RPM nya, mas bumababa pa kung naka-on unng aircon nya.

hey bro, did you have the PCV valve checked? make sure na hindi barado ang PCV and make sure that its installed correctly. also, gaano kataas ang Idle mo w/out the A/C on??? also, pag masyadong bumababa ang Idle pag naka on ang A/C, its either that the Idle Air Control Valve is worn out (or just clogged).

yung binanggit ni KBR ang nangyari sa 93 XE namin, PCV ang pinalitan ok na.
pero dahil medyo "classic" na ang tsikot natin baka may iba ring problema kaya pa isa-isa ang subok ng repair

pcv muna then if ganun parin double check the work of the person who did the overhaul.

sir speedy, magkano po ang PCV valve? Normal lang ba na matigas yung hose na nakakabit dun? Critical po ba na gawin ito, can I DIY ito? thanks po.

Bro halos same problem tayo pero minimal lang ung talsik ng langis ng sakin after ko palitan ung air and gas filter,pero meron pa rin konting konti.Mga expert more advice namn po jan thanks a lot.

Thanks sa inyo.... mukhang fake PCV nlagay. Ngpalit na ko pero ganun pa rin. 250 lang bili ko dun e. Ano po ba recommended bilhin? Ngaun po kc lumalabas na rin ung oil sa me air breather that dun sa isa pa(PCV). Before that, ung labas ng oil e sa breather lang. I checked the spark plugs, d naman basa. Sabi ng frend ko, ala daw problem sa piston rings kung ganun. Tama po ba sya?

About the RPM, nsa 900-950 sya pag walang A/C, but if you turn on the A/C bumaba sia and sometimes it goes down to 800. Napansin ko rin po na mahina hatak and lumalakas sa gas.

Sorry po kung makulit ako.... I just really wanted our car to be ok.

bro, try mo iopen yung oil cap, slowly lang, then pag completely open na, try to feel kung hinihigop pabalik yung cap.

an engine with good compression should suck it up like a vacuum. pag hindi na humihigop, wala ng back pressure, ibig sabihin blowby na kaya laging tagas oil. it also means the one who worked on your piston messed it up.

do the above when the engine is warm already

pa compression test ka muna. diba yun breather sa ilalim ng air cleaner assy naka connect. could be that the hose is just loose sa valve cover. yun sa rpm/aircon naman baka need mo adjust yun pushrod na naka kabit sa idle up. timplahin lang. sa aircon shop kayang gawin yan.
BTW, ilan kilometers na tinakbo niyang?

Pre sigurado bang sa breather hose nangagaling yung langis. Mechanical fuel pump ba auto mo? Naexperience ko lang kasi akala ko rin sa breather hose nangagaling yung leak pero sa maliit na butas pala ng fuel pump nangagaling ang leak tumatalsik lang sa hose.

check mo din yung oil level mo baka sobra yung oil. maiitim din ba usok mo?

to afrasay: Yes bro, try na namin i adjust pero d tlaga ma-swak... nsa 105T na tintakbo nya..

to lhandzs... pag tinakpan mo ng daliri ung maliit na breather, ung sa me valve cover, me moist sya...

to eyshmechanic: binabaan na rin po ung oil level... ganun pa rin. mejo white ung usok nya pero pag inalis mo ung hose on both breathers, nawawala na smoke.

ilalagay ko next time ung pic para madescribe ko ng mabuti.
