    coolgal,
    normal lang sa mga carburated na mga makina ang tumaas ang idling during cold start, eventually pag uminit na magno normal na dapat ang idling mo. i guess 2000 rpm is too much. try to check the springs sa may tabi ng carburator. yung springs para sa gas. baka di na ok ang condition.
