    you can buy servo kit, which includes the gears, magnetic oscillator gear, gasket and a pack of grease. It costs me around 1.2k a few months back. Let someone knowledgeable about mitsu replace it.

    I replaced it myself. It's better let knowledgeable mechanic do the job. I replace the kit with servo still attached to intake manifold, nahirapan ako ibalik yun stopper ng plunger, muntik pa nawala yun stopper (small piece of aluminum with tiny screw).

    imho, kung ayaw mo gumastos taasan mo na lang yung idle mo... start yung engine at operating temp, open the aircon and adjsut the idle screw to the level na maayos ang rpm but not too much

    pre yung nga ang ginagawa ko ngayon... 1,200 ang rpm ko pag malamig ang panahon... pero pag tirik ang araw, nilalagay ko sa 1,500... lumakas ang gas ko pre... +200 per week ako... magka-pera lang ako ipapaayos ko na talaga ito...

    yep your servo assembly is in trouble, you can buy the repair kit if the motor is still working... if not you have to buy the whole servo motor Assy. you can get it at 8k. labor 300. if you have trouble you can reach me at 410-2997

    uy maraming salamat po... yung 8k ba orig na yun?...

    canvas ako kanina sa banawe while looking for clutch assembly ng hipag ko... the servos range between 8k-9700... di ata abot budget as of now sa price na iyon... baka ipon na muna at tiis tiis... may masisira bang ibang parts kung hindi ko muna paparepair?

    with regard sa repair kit naman... yun ata eh para sa mechanical parts ng servo... not sure... paki correct naman po ako... confirmed na nga pala... yung mga solenoids ang may tama... I used a test posted in club mitsu... fail ang 3 out of 4 coils ko... laking sira...

    (I have 1993 mitsu lancer glxi... ang problema ang idling niya... on a regular idle, ok na ok siya... pero pag nag-on na ang aircon compressor, todo baba ang idle niya up to a point na namamatayan...)

    sir, tanong ko lang po kung no nangyari sa kotse nyo? ano po ba yung may sira? kasi, problema ko rin po ngayon yun kaya gusto ko rin pong malaman. kasi po sir kapapalit ko lang ng servo assy pero ganun pa rin. need your help sir.

    o kahit sino po sa inyo mga sir...hinihingi ko po mga tulong nyo na may alam po tungkol dito. kailangan ko lang po talaga malaman. maraming salamat po!

    check the Idle up mechanism ng A/c, baka nawalan lang ng contact (so you should reseat it). you should hear a loud click that sounds like... TSK! (you can even hear it while inside the car) the minute that you turn on the a/c. You might just not spend a single dime if you find out that that is the only problem.
