Help! Glowplug Naputol, How to remove?

I've been experiencing a hard start lately kaya naisipan kung magpalit ng glowplug, kaso we found out na putol pala ung 1st glow plug at sa tingin ko kinalawang na siya doon at matagal ng hindi napapalitan mula ng mabili ko (2nd hand)...the remaining 3 plugs look new pero nadadamay siguro sa isang busted na. Hindi naman po sagad, a half centimeter po siguro ung nakalabas na tread. I've been going around sa mga machine shops pero isa lang ang sinasabi nila, to remove the cylinder head at dalhin sa kanila for them to remove. Para na rin nagpa-top overhaul...me iba pa bang solution? kaya ba ito ng easy-out just to avoid removing the cylinder head?

Get a flat bar approx. 2mm thick X 25mm wide X 100mm long. Drill a hole, same size as the glowplug's diameter. Insert the glow plug into the hole and weld it.

Apply penetrating oil to the glow plug. Apply light hammer blows to the flat bar in a counterclockwise direction to loosen the glow plug.

additional ko lang...spray mo ng penetrating oil..ex. WD40 yung broken glow plug para pumasok in between threads yung oil at ma-ease yung pagtangal.

thanks sa mga inputs sir, we've done everything as what dieseldude posted pero sabi ng mechanic the aluminum has eaten the glowplugs thread kaya ang natanggal lang is yung outer thread ng glowplug hindi pa rin sumama ung buo. So we replaced the 3 remaining plugs and leave the stuck one as is. Wala naman daw singaw. Nag-improve naman ang starting somehow, 2 clicks na lang pero I think pwersado ang starter because medyo mahaba ang redondo bago magstart. Nanghihinayang ang mechanic to remove the cylinder just to remove the plug...wait na lng daw ako if the time comes to overhaul...

We do this on frozen bolts /screws too, not only on glow plugs.
