good engine coolant

I bought this Castrol Coolant Concentrate. Is it ok to use it instead of the distilled water?

It is ok but don't use pure coolant ha, half lang or 50% dillution gawin mo.

I use Poison coolant from Caltex. The best in the market. Good for 5 years or 200,000 kms.
