tanong ko lang kung ilan km ba ang break in ng bagong engine overhaul? diba 1000? may nagsabi kasi na 5000km daw???
Saka bawal gumamit ng aircon during the break in period???

Pwde ba kayo mag-share ng after overhaul break in tips? Salamat.

Pwede naman mag-aircon.

You break it in the same way you would a brand new car. Nasa manual ang break in schedule and tips.

You can use the A/C... 1000km usually ang alam ko na period.

Drive with a lighter foot (no redline hataw) and dont load the car too much that it stresses the engine.

yun nga din alam ko eh, ok lang mag-aircon saka 1000 lang break in. Sobrang sigurista yata ang mekaniko. thanks

Eto secret...sa planta nang bagong mga auto kung i-rev yung makina 7 to 8k rpm...pero di pa nakakabit sa kotse....tapos pagdating sa new owner ingat na ingat.....sigh....

i would recommend, for the first 1000km, do not put the engine heavy load, and better yet, up to 5000kms, depends on how you overhaul it.
